We have blocked off 40 rooms for Friday night and 60 for Saturday night. Obviously, if you are planning on staying Friday night, it is important that you get your reservations made as soon as possible. We have been given a group rate of $100.57 per night. This includes all taxes. Rooms are being held under Dimmitt 40th High School Reunion. All reservations must be made no later than August 20th in order for you to receive this group rate. After that, remaining rooms will be released back to Park Plaza.
We are asking that each person attending the reunion send in a $40 per person fee. This takes care of renting the meeting room, catering, decorations, supplies, etc. Please mail your check to:

Please send in your check as soon as possible...this will give us a pretty accurate number of people that are planning to attend and it also is needed in order to take care of deposits for the banquet room and catering.
